Nice, clean, pretty outdated. Rooms AC unit sounded like a DC747. By the end of the week, I still could not figure out the guide and its relationship to what was on the TV. Nice hotel amenities. Gym was nice, dry sauna and two hot tubs. Restaurant/Bar on premise, but the week they we were there there was some type of science thing and was basically booked (I wish I had known about the convention, we would have gone somewhere else).

Enjoyed the friendly staff who all worked to be helpful. Rooms were appropriate for the price. Had a nice little kitchenette and a dining table at which to eat. Make a reservation for dinner if you wish to avoid the wait.

We were there over the holidays and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The hotel was festive, but not overdone. Just enough to appeal to our enjoyment of winter. All the staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful - quite a feat considering they were working on the holiday. Our room was clean and comfortable, and well appointed for our needs. The gym and (women's) locker room is roomy, clean, and outfitted for a post-ski, refreshing shower. The menu at Camp is outstanding, quite honestly. The breakfast buffet is fresh and there's something for even the pickiest of eaters. At night, the salads and entrees are original and delicious. I am not a meatloaf lover, but I really liked the meatloaf sandwich. And that's saying something.

Only spent one night at the hotel after enjoying a 50th class reunion at the Sunday River Brew Pub. Very convenient for my needs, and reasonably priced. Nice place and would highly recommend it....

Fabulous hotel in a stunning location. It was a special wedding anniversary and the room was laid out beautifully with swan towels and tea lights and a special message which was very much appreciated. The Croatian male cleaner (sorry I do not know his name) went above and beyond. A credit to the hotel. Amazing gym, sauna, heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Food was delicious and staff were local and very friendly. The only negative for me was that the bar closed too early at 9pm. 10pm would have been better! Otherwise keep up the good work. Loved it. Also if you get the chance go on the moose tour!

Just got home after 4 nights at the Grand Summit. It is our 2nd time staying there. I can't find anything negative to write. Both times were memorable. From the moment we checked in, the staff was attentive and friendly. Yes, the hotel is older, but clean and easy to navigate. We never wanted for anything. All of our requests were fulfilled and we enjoyed the amenities the hotel had to offer. We spent time everyday at the pool/hot tub, CAMP, Ember, the snowshoe trail out back, ski check and of course, skied right out the door to the slopes. I could go on..... Thank you Grand Summit staff! See you again soon!

Stayed here for a couple of nights and can say the location has breathtaking views of the mountains. Staff was extremely friendly, with many text messages checking in throughout my stay (which I felt was a nice touch). I didn't eat at the resort restaurant, so I can't comment on the food offerings. Hotel was very clean, hotel room was spotless and quiet. Appliances were a little outdated (1992) but worked without any issues. Murphy bed was my only complaint. Mattress was not very comfortable (which isn't necessarily a hotel problem, mattress comfort is very subjective). I stayed in a summit studio superior. The head of the murphy bed wasn't up against the wall at all, nor was there any head of the bed, just a lot of space, so it was hard to get comfortable (pillows kept falling off the bed and into the big gap). All that being said, I would stay here again, just maybe not in a room with a murphy bed.

Ski resort with restaurant in beautiful location for fall sightseeing. The restaurant has a good breakfast bar and made a delicious buffet for our bus tour.
